I made the payment but no days were added

Please check your e-mail inbox (including any SPAM or junk folders) for the confirmation e-mail we always send after payment. If you got a confirmation e-mail not from us, but from a payment processor, please send as many payment details to us so that we can find your transaction and make sure the days are credited to your account:

  • Date of payment

  • Transaction number

  • Email you used

  • Order number

  • Payment method (VISA, MasterCard, etc.)

  • If you paid by card, please send the first SIX and last FOUR digits of the card number. Never send your entire credit card number to anyone, we only need the first 6 and last 4 digits. We also need to know the type of card you have: credit, debit, prepaid, gift, etc.

  • If you paid using another method, please send us your account details. For example, PayPal account email or your cryptocurrency wallet address - this is necessary so that we can find the payment from you.

  • Transaction amount

  • Any other relevant details that may help us find your transaction.
