Before contacting us, try paying again and send the information from the list below. The more information you provide, the more effectively we can help you.

We need:

  • Which payment method did you chose (VISA, MasterCard, Bitcoin, PayPal etc.)?
  • If you paid by card: tell us whether you received a payment authentication code (3D Secure) in the form of an SMS or a notification from your bank's app? Did you pass the 3D Secure check when paying? Does your card support 3D Secure?
  • If you tried to pay by credit card, please send us the first SIX and the last FOUR digits of the card number. Never send your entire credit card number to anyone, we only need the first 6 and last 4 digits. We also need to know the type of card you have: credit, debit, prepaid, gift, etc.
  • If you chose a local payment method, send us which payment service you chose.
  • If you use VPN, anonymizers, ad blockers when paying disable it and try to pay again. Software of this kind can affect the payment process.
